JENNIFER FRY

Fry is a founding Partner of Carmichael & Company, a healthcare consultancy focused on strategy, operations and finance. She began her healthcare career over 20 years ago as a financial consultant and has progressed through various roles including Chief Operating Officer of a multi-physician group.

As COO, she facilitated the sale and transition of the group to St. Elizabeth Health and accepted a role with them as Director of Ancillary and Physician Services. Fry joined Ascension St. Vincent (Indiana) in 2011 as Director of Strategic Finance and was responsible for valuations, business case development and capital planning. She was promoted to System Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer in 2015 and served in that capacity until joining Carmichael & Company.

Fry has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Purdue University and maintains her license as a Certified Public Accountant.
